As milk khoya is manufactured traditionally, it takes ample of cooking time and also reduces yield of dry Khoya. With our Khoya Stabilizer, you get an increased production yield between 11 to 23% including reduced cooking time which simply means fuel cost-saving and a great texture enhancing better mouthfeel to end product.

The product helps to increase profits, and makes production very cost effective.
